It’s important to keep healthy and fit during midlife and beyond. Besides needing to keep your body strong and mobile, it is necessary to have a calm mind and a positive mindset. To have a stronger body, you must first believe that you are capable of moving and not have any doubts because of your age.

She is all about teaching women in midlife how to build a strong foundation so they can thrive and flourish in the middle years. Her approach is built on moving, breathing, and thinking in a way that helps women experience a strong mobile body, a calmer mind, and a positive mindset.
Sherry is the owner of a virtual and in-person studio called the Healing Place Yoga, Pilates & Reiki. She is also the pioneer of the online Mindful Midlife program for women. She is blessed with nine grandchildren and is my friend and accountability partner. We’ve navigated the business world as midlife women together.
